Nashua Mobile helps customers manage their risk
In line with our role of being a responsible corporate citizen, Nashua Mobile has launched a call limit service on all new and existing customers` accounts.
The initiative is designed against the backdrop of an increasingly volatile economic environment and is aimed at managing high Airtime usage and safeguarding both the customer and Nashua Mobile.
The call limit is individually calculated by taking each customer`s profile and usage into account. In the event that a customer requires a higher call limit he or she will need to be reassessed or pay a holding deposit, which is equal to the required increase.
