Nashua Mobile's welcome pack lifts the bar for personalised communications in SA's telecommunications industry
Nashua Mobile has launched a new welcome pack concept that represents a breakthrough for personalised communications in South Africa's telecommunications industry.
The welcome pack is given to new and upgraded Contract customers. It is designed to provide each customer with information that is 100% relevant to his or her Contract. The design of each welcome pack is closely aligned with the marketing strategy and corporate identity of Nashua Mobile's cellular Network partners (Vodacom, MTN and Cell C).
Each welcome pack is tailored according to the phone, Contract, Network and personal details of the customer, enabling customers to have access to the most relevant information.
The welcome pack addresses the most frequently asked questions that customers have when their new Contract begins. This includes a wealth of information they would have needed to source from the contact centre in the past.
Nashua Mobile is the first telecommunications Service Provider in Africa and one of the first in the world to offer such a high level of personalisation in the welcome pack. The pack was developed by MCD Group, a company that specialises in variable Data communications and is positioned as a major service differentiator.
In line with Nashua Mobile's commitment to conducting its business in an environmentally friendly manner, the welcome pack will also be available electronically.
